This Terms and Conditions, Liability Waiver, and Research Use Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the date of electronic acceptance by and between Blue Door Longevity (“Company”) and the purchaser or registered member (“Purchaser”). Company and Purchaser may be referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”

This Agreement governs the purchase, sale, and use of peptide products (“Products”) offered by the Company. Purchaser acknowledges that all Products are provided exclusively for in vitro research, laboratory, or investigational purposes. This Agreement informs Purchaser of risks associated with the use, handling, and storage of the Products and confirms Purchaser’s voluntary assumption of those risks. By accepting this Agreement, Purchaser agrees to the waivers, releases, and limitations of liability below, which are a material part of the consideration for the sale of Products.

1. Definitions

  • Adverse Event: Any untoward occurrence associated with the use of a Product, whether or not considered product-related, consistent with the definition used by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
  • Investigational Use: Use of Products for in vitro research, laboratory analysis, or other non-clinical, experimental purposes. Products intended for Investigational Use are not approved for the diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of disease and have not been determined safe or effective for any particular purpose.
  • Products or Peptides: Peptide compounds and related substances supplied by the Company. Products may be sold in lyophilized form and may require reconstitution with a suitable diluent for research purposes only. Research supplies are included only when expressly identified in the applicable product listing.
  • Purchaser: The individual or entity accepting this Agreement, who affirms they are at least eighteen (18) years old and legally competent to enter into it.
  • Qualified Researcher: A researcher, laboratory, academic institution, pharmaceutical or biotechnology research organization, contract research organization, or other qualified professional entity engaged in legitimate scientific research.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of Blue Door Longevity’s website, services, and Products is conditioned on acceptance of this Agreement. These terms apply to all registered members, purchasers, and other users. By registering, purchasing, or using the Company’s services, Purchaser confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement in its entirety.

3. Eligibility and Registration

Membership and purchasing privileges are available only to Qualified Researchers and organizations that meet the Company’s criteria. Purchaser must be at least eighteen (18) years old and represent that purchases are limited to qualified research use. The Company may refuse, suspend, or revoke membership at its sole discretion.

4. Research Use Only – Strict Prohibition on Human and Animal Consumption

Products are sold exclusively for in vitro research and laboratory use. They are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, therapeutic application, or diagnostic purposes. Statements on the Company’s website have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

  • Prohibited Conduct: Discussion of dosing, administration, or bodily introduction of Products into humans or animals is forbidden and may result in immediate termination of membership and purchasing privileges.
  • Compliance: Purchaser will handle, store, and use Products in accordance with instructions supplied by the Company and all applicable laws and regulations.
  • No Redistribution: Products are for Purchaser’s research use only and may not be resold, redistributed, gifted, or transferred without the Company’s express written consent.
  • No Alteration: Purchaser will not alter, remove, or obscure labels, warnings, or other information on Product packaging.
  • No Medical Claims or Advice: The Company does not provide dosing instructions, treatment protocols, or medical advice and is not a healthcare provider.

5. Acknowledgement of Non-Approval and Intended Use

  • Not FDA Approved: Products have not been approved, cleared, or authorized by the FDA or another governmental regulatory body for diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation, or prevention of a medical condition or disease.
  • Investigational Use Only: Products are intended strictly for Investigational Use. Any other use is undertaken at Purchaser’s sole risk. The Company makes no representation regarding suitability for any other purpose.
  • Informational Purposes Only: Information supplied by the Company is educational and informational only and is not a recommendation for treatment, a product, or a course of action.

6. Assumption of Risk and Informed Decision

Purchaser represents that the decision to acquire and use Products is voluntary and informed. Purchaser has had the opportunity to review this Agreement, ask questions, and consult independent advisors. Purchaser understands that handling and storing chemical compounds involves known, unknown, and potentially unforeseeable risks, including bodily injury and property damage, and voluntarily assumes all responsibility for harm, injury, damage, or loss arising from acquisition, possession, handling, storage, use, or misuse of Products.

7. Express Waiver and Release of Liability

In consideration for the sale of Products, Purchaser, for themselves and their heirs, assigns, and legal representatives, knowingly and voluntarily releases, waives, discharges, and covenants not to sue the Company and its owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns (“Released Parties”) for claims, liabilities, and causes of action arising from loss, damage, injury, or death connected to purchase, handling, storage, or use of Products. This release applies as broadly as permitted by law to known and unknown claims, but not to willful and wanton misconduct or liabilities that applicable law does not permit to be waived.

8. Indemnification

Purchaser will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and Released Parties from losses, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from third-party claims connected with: (a) Purchaser’s breach of this Agreement; (b) handling, storage, disposal, or misuse of Products by Purchaser or its agents; (c) unauthorized modification or redistribution; or (d) violation of applicable law. This obligation survives termination. Any settlement must be made in good faith to discharge an actual or potential liability.

9. Limitation of Liability and Damages Cap

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company and Released Parties will not be liable for indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising from use or handling of Products, regardless of legal theory. Total aggregate liability for claims related to this Agreement or Products is capped at the amount Purchaser paid for the specific Product giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply to willful misconduct or liabilities that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited.

10. Warranty Disclaimers

Products are provided “AS IS” and “WITH ALL FAULTS.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims warranties not expressly stated on a Product label or packaging, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The Company may provide third-party testing reports or Certificates of Analysis but makes no warranty regarding their accuracy, completeness, or availability. No oral or written representation creates an additional warranty.

11. Termination of Membership

The Company may terminate membership or purchasing privileges if it determines, in its sole discretion, that Purchaser violated this Agreement, applicable law, or Company policies. Termination is effective upon notice.

12. Final Sale, Chargeback, and Payment Dispute Policy

All purchases are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are offered except where required by law. Purchaser agrees to contact support@bluedoorlongevity.com before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. Initiating a dispute without first contacting the Company may result in termination of membership and purchasing privileges.

13. Adverse Event Reporting

Purchaser agrees to report a suspected Adverse Event promptly to support@bluedoorlongevity.com. For a serious or life-threatening suspected reaction, seek immediate emergency medical attention. Purchaser agrees to provide relevant information to assist with safety monitoring and applicable regulatory reporting. This section is not medical advice, and the Company is not responsible for medical assistance.

14. Privacy Policy and Communications

Personal information is handled under the Company’s Privacy Policy, incorporated into this Agreement. Transactional communications may be sent as necessary to operate the account and fulfill orders. Marketing email or text messages are sent only according to the consent collected through the applicable form or checkout and may be stopped using the unsubscribe link, replying STOP where applicable, or contacting customer support.

15. Export and Legal Compliance

Purchaser represents that Products are acquired in compliance with applicable federal, state, local, and international laws. Purchaser is responsible for confirming that importation, possession, and use are lawful in their jurisdiction. Purchaser will not use, divert, transfer, or export Products for an unlawful purpose or in violation of regulations administered by agencies including the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration and U.S. Department of Commerce. The Company may refuse or cancel an order if it suspects a violation of law or this Agreement.

16. Dispute Resolution, Governing Law, and Venue

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before further action, the Parties will attempt to negotiate a dispute for thirty (30) days after written claims are exchanged. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be resolved through mediation administered by JAMS under its then-current rules. Purchaser waives participation in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration. This clause does not affect non-waivable rights or remedies under mandatory consumer-protection law.

17. Modifications to Terms

The Company may modify this Agreement at any time. Changes take effect when posted on the Blue Door Longevity website. Continued membership or use after posting constitutes acceptance of revised terms. Users should review this Agreement periodically.

18. Severability, Interpretation, and Survival

If a provision is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, it will be severed and the remainder will remain effective. Headings are for convenience only. The sections concerning Definitions; Waiver and Release; Indemnification; Limitation of Liability; Warranty Disclaimers; Privacy and Communications; and Dispute Resolution, Governing Law, and Venue survive termination or expiration.
